BookWormLab.com is an online writing service with eight years of experience in this industry. We considered that a review for this company would help customers know what they are paying for, and we also wanted to find out if what it promises and offers is really true.
We looked at customer reviews and testimonials, feedback and comments and we also ordered a paper to assess the services and quality ourselves.
Quality and services offered
Bookwormlab focuses on academic writing services offered to high-school students and graduate program students that are working on their dissertations and theses. When we determine the rating of an online writing service, we consider the quality of the writing on their website, the testimonials, any sample writing they offer, the comments and feedback published on other websites and the quality of the paper that we have requested and our overall experience during this process.
The testimonials on the website are positive (of course), but off-site, the reviews are mixed. Some said that the quality of writing was far too low for their academic level and that there were grammar errors that they had to correct themselves.
When it comes to the paper we have ordered, our experience was also mixed. We found errors of composition and although we requested reputable journal articles as resources, we got one article from The Inquirer gossip publication.
The Writers and customer support agents
We looked for the employment process of the writers or their qualifications but could not find anything about this. The site only mentions that they are highly qualified. We checked the samples they are offering but found out that most of them are just advertising for the company and there was also a case study on Wells Fargo which we saw on other websites.
Customer support agents respond to chats and phone calls when it comes to order and pay for your paper, but when asked detailed questions about the writers or specific articles, they were not able to respond. We were told to discuss this with our writer after completing the order.
Prices, discounts, promo codes and coupon codes
The prices for the services offered by BookWormLab are quite high. There are no discounts available on the website, but when we asked the customer support about this, they told us that they give discounts and even a promo code if customers asked. The price for our 8-page essay due in 7 days was $241.60. With the discounts, the price dropped to $194.40, still high for the market.

When it comes to additional benefits, we could not find anything, not even free revisions, which was quite disappointing.
We give BookWormLab the rating of Fair. Although the website is not fraud or scam, their high prices and the issue with the writing quality would make us advise students to look for better pricing and higher quality elsewhere. There are many other top rated companies that are providing reliable and professional writing services at affordable prices.
